1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the SAJ Brokers website and customer account ("the service"), operated by Saj Brwkrz Lwsath Altamyn, trading as SAJ Brokers Insurance, Commercial Registration No. 211177, an insurance broker licensed by the Qatar Central Bank under licence No. وت/ر.ش.ت/2026/39 ("SAJ", "we", "us"). By creating an account or submitting a request you accept these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
2. What SAJ does
SAJ is an insurance broker, not an insurer. We help you compare insurance options and arrange cover with insurance companies such as Doha Insurance Group. Your insurance contract is with the insurer and is governed by the insurer's policy wording, terms, conditions and exclusions, which we will give you before your policy is issued.
3. Offers and prices
- Prices shown on the website are indicative. They are based on the details you enter and the insurer's rates, and are not a binding quotation.
- SAJ confirms the final price with you before payment. The final price may change if your details are incomplete or inaccurate, or if the insurer's assessment differs.
- Confirming an offer on the website tells SAJ which option you want. It is not a contract of insurance and does not create cover.
4. When cover starts
No payment is taken on this website. Your insurance cover starts only when the insurer has accepted the risk, the premium has been paid in the way SAJ confirms with you, and your policy has been issued showing its start date. Until then you are not insured by the offer you confirmed. In Qatar it is illegal to drive without valid motor insurance.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give complete, true and accurate information, and tell us promptly if anything changes. Wrong information can make your policy invalid or claims refused.
- Keep access to your email secure, because it is used to sign in. You are responsible for requests made from your account.
- Use the service only for your own genuine insurance needs and do not misuse, disrupt or try to access it without permission.
6. Payments and fees
Payment is arranged by SAJ after the final price is confirmed, by bank transfer to SAJ's account at Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB). SAJ does not charge customers a broker fee. Cancellations and refunds follow the insurer's policy terms and Qatari law.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or suspend the service, for example for maintenance or security.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Qatari law, SAJ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, or for loss caused by inaccurate information you provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Qatari law, or your rights under your insurance policy.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, contact info@sajbrokers.com or +974 7778 4260. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within 10 working days. If you remain dissatisfied you may refer the matter to the Consumer Protection Department of the Qatar Central Bank.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
